I think some people would like to think that Mel Fisher was just a heartless mercenery S.O.B. but you have to admire the lifestyle and the gall to go out and try and get what your after. Anyhow, interesting read here, I’m not at all too familiar with a lot of the legal stuff that’s going on out there.
